SANDISK TO WEBCAST 2010 INVESTOR DAY MEETING

MILPITAS, CA, February 19, 2010 - SanDisk Corporation (NASDAQ:SNDK), the global leader in flash memory cards, today announced that it will provide a live webcast of its 2010 Investor Day Meeting on Friday, February 26, 2010 starting at 8:00 am, Pacific Time. SanDisk's Investor Day Meeting will include a series of presentations by members of the company's executive team. It is expected that the presentations, followed by a question and answer session, will conclude by approximately 3:00 pm, Pacific Time.

The live webcast will be made available on SanDisk's Investor Relations website at www.sandisk.com/ir and a replay will be available shortly after the conclusion of the meeting.
